This project is a pipeline renovation project for sulfur-containing corrosive medium in refinery unit. Working condition features high temperature and strong corrosiveness, putting strict requirements on corrosion resistance and high-temperature pressure resistance of pipe fittings.
We undertook the order of stainless steel pipe fittings with total weight around 120 tons, providing one-stop service including raw material procurement, forging forming, precision machining, heat treatment, non-destructive inspection, surface passivation, export commodity inspection and moisture-proof packaging. We strictly controlled dimensional tolerance and metallurgical mechanical properties throughout production, and finished batch-wise sea shipment on schedule.
The products show excellent assembly performance on site with no leakage or dimensional deviation defects, and successfully passed acceptance by the end user and third-party supervisor. A long-term annual framework purchasing agreement was signed afterwards. This project fully proves our capacity in mass customization of high-end pressure pipe fittings and overseas order fulfillment, greatly strengthening purchasing confidence of global engineering clients.
